一抗：適用于不同種類的植物，主要包括擬南芥、水稻、玉米、大豆、番茄和馬鈴薯等。
定制抗體：適用于所有種類的植物，但客戶需要提供蛋白序列、合成多肽、純化的重組蛋白或者天然蛋白。

PSI
PSI的主要亞基包括PsaA和PsaB，是光系統I的密切相關蛋白，參與P700，A0 (chlorophyll)， A1 (a phylloquinone)和4Fe-4S鐵硫中心Fx的結合。
PSII
PS II 是一種完整的膜蛋白，膜蛋白的核心是由兩個亞基D1和D2組成。這兩個亞基跨膜并且與細菌光系統的L和M亞基同源。

內參在western blots實驗中作為內部參照是必要的，它通過確保每個孔上樣量相同來檢測蛋白的表達水平。內參通常是各個細胞或組織中表達量高，且表達相對恒定的蛋白。因此，管家基因編碼表達的蛋白常用于內參。另外，選擇的內參分子量與檢測的目的蛋白分子量盡量不同，從而使WB結果條帶大小不同，以便與結果分析及蛋白定量。
